Outstanding! Tiffany saved our day, the biggest day of our life that is. When I reached out to tiff for help, without hesitation she said ‘whatever you need just let me know’. One of my only request was to have a pampas chandelier over my dance floor. The next day Tiffany and her husband Louie made my chandelier, she sent me the photos I couldn’t believe they did it in one day! Seeing it come to life on our wedding I was in awe, just gorgeous. Tiffany assisted us with our ceremony and reception decorations. From set up of arches,stage backdrop everything in between to detail she made it happen. She was there to calm me on all the stress that comes with planning a wedding and reassured me everything would work out. As promised by her everything came out to perfection for us that night. As we started to browse online for ideas on themes for celebrations we noticed that Tiffany was involved in a lot of really fun and creative celebrations. We have known the Mahelona ohana for years and so it was easy to reach out and ask for help. It was the best decision we made! To have the stress and worries taken off your shoulders so that you can focus on other things makes planning celebrations something to celebrate. It’s truly a family affair as Tiffany’s daughters and her husband Louis were all there to make sure the tables were set, the decorations were up, and the hosts were able to focus on hosting and not running around at the last minute. We are so happy to be able to count on Tiff and her family to help get our parties started. And did I mention that they help break everything down and the end of the night?! They are so awesome!”

   Our dearest and amazing  friend n mama helped us tremendously with our decorations for our wedding , mama tiff and co did so much for us we asked her to decorate and make this for us our theme was a western n elegant wedding … they colors we chose was turquoise and white n she knew we just gave her ideas n she just did what mama would always do she said oh there’s a surprise when we get there we didn’t know what to expect we were told do not come to help decorate or anything no FaceTime just call …. So we got up to our wedding site and this is what we saw unreal and amazing decore our surprise was the walking in our heart arch which was the gift n surprise she made …. Mahalo Nui mama tiff she always would say “we show up n BLOW UP “ go big or go home … 100/100 best

I would love to Thank the Mahelona’s Ohana who made my Dream Wedding come TRUE! Working with Tiffany Mahelona was the Greatest & Best Decision I had EVER made! She so Kind, She has the Heart, & the Love, & So Much Support! She was the Best Coordinator that we could have ever asked for too! She’ll put her Family first, but when her Family sees she Needs the help they All got her Back! She had so much Patience, & was Very Calm about everything even though I was like a BRIDEZILLA! I felt so bad that she had to listen to me n letted me Vent! I really don’t know how she did it, but I’ll tell you one thing… SHE MAKES STUFFS HAPPEN! It’ll Blow your mind & for that Tiff… MAHALO SO MUCH! I have No Idea how to Repay you ALL Back!

When I envisioned our wedding, as every bride would want, I seen it being it as the biggest and best night of my life. I thought of all the big things I wanted and how I wanted everyone to remember The Mahuiki Wedding. While planning, I realized I needed someone who was going to line up with our big ideas and that is where Tiffany comes into play. She not only brought my vision to life but made the small details pop.
It is very obvious that Tiffany is passionate about her work as it shows in her completed projects. But what satisfies me most as a client is her organization skills and her ability communicate in a timely matter. As a busy bride working with many vendors making a vast amount of decisions, having a least one person who is available to answer your questions is a breath of fresh air. During the process she was someone who was always positive and kept reminding me that our big day was going to be the BEST DAY!
Tiffany and her team provided a wide range of services for our wedding. We rented her stunning peacock chairs for the bridge and groom that went on a lifted riser, which was also provided by her team. Allowing us to still sit with our wedding party at an accentuated manner. She created, built, and designed the ‘M’ for our entry way, the back drop for our photo booth, our thank you souvenirs, and the stage for our bands to play on. Not only does Tiffany have a
huge imagination for us, she coordinated all 3 of our bands, sounds system, and timeline. She works magic.
We are grateful for Tiffanys love and support but most importantly her friendship. Mama Tiff is some one you need by your side!!
